Your Role

Reporting to the IT Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner between the operational teams and the IT department. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, optimizing manufacturing processes, and transforming these needs into high-performance technology solutions. You will actively participate in the evolution of our ERP system and its ecosystem to support the company’s growth and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze the needs of various departments and recommend appropriate technological solutions.
• Map current and future business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Actively participate in the evolution and optimization of the ERP environment.
• Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and integration partners to ensure project success.
• Design, document, and improve interfaces between the company’s various systems.
• Participate in data analysis, conversion, migration, and validation during implementation projects.
• Design and implement functional and integration testing strategies.
• Diagnose complex issues related to processes, data, or systems and coordinate their resolution.
• Produce functional and technical documentation
• Help define the technology roadmap for the ERP and business systems.
• Serve as a consultant to various teams to improve the efficiency of manufacturing operations.
• Support users during deployments and provide training on new tools and processes.o

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in functional analysis, implementation, or enhancement of ERP systems.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment or an excellent understanding of manufacturing processes.

Technical Skills

• Excellent ability to analyze requirements and model business processes.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of production processes, planning (MRP), inventory management, procurement, and the supply chain.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with APIs, application integrations, and data flows (ETL).
• Experience with data migration, conversion, and validation.
• Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as C#, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell (a plus).
