As a Parts Sales Coordinator at Motrec International, you will play a vital role in supporting the parts sales team in its daily operations. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Business Development, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and stimulating environment, where you will make a significant impact on customer service within parts sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in selecting parts efficiently and provide high-quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Manage various administrative tasks effectively, including handling emails, receiving phone calls, and preparing documents.
- Follow up with regular clients by phone.
- Oversee the meticulous management of orders (shipping notes, invoices, credits, pricing).
- Ensure proper tracking of orders and management of shipments.
- Coordinate logistics related to parts transportation and customs.
- Maintain effective communication with the purchasing manager regarding supply management.
- Perform additional tasks as needed and directed by management.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Secretarial Studies, Administrative Techniques, Accounting, Management, or any relevant combination of experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a small to medium-sized enterprise.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Strong sense of responsibility, courtesy, interpersonal skills, and diplomacy.
- Proficient in computer systems, with a team-oriented and proactive approach.
- Experience in parts sales is an asset.
