Already well-established in Mexico, we are now seeking a talented National Sales Manager to drive the expansion and growth of our presence in the region, strengthening our position in key markets and reaching new heights of success.

The National Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the development and sustained growth of our operations in Mexico. This position requires a seasoned sales leader with proven expertise in B2B sales, market development, and distributor management, particularly within industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to launch and grow our presence in the Mexican market, targeting key industrial sectors.
  • Client and Distributor Management: Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with industrial clients, distributors, and major companies in Mexico.
  • Sales Leadership: Supervise and coordinate national sales activities, ensuring sales objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with internal teams to create tailored marketing and promotional strategies for the Mexican market.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on sales metrics, providing insights and recommendations to adjust growth strategies as needed.
  • Head Office Communication: Maintain regular and clear communication with the head office, providing updates on market trends, sales performance, and operational challenges to align strategies and ensure mutual goals are met.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Languages: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, with exceptional communication skills in both.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, ideally within the industrial vehicles, heavy machinery, or industrial technology sectors. Experience in opening and growing new markets is essential.
