As Marketing Coordinator at Motrec International, you will hold an essential role within the Sales and Business Development team, more specifically with regard to the dealer network. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Business Development, the Marketing Coordinator will play a major role in B2B marketing.

Key responsibilities

B2B marketing:

  • Provide integrated support to the dealer network by combining technical solutions with targeted marketing initiatives, driving sales growth and enhancing brand visibility.
  • Plan, develop, produce and control the quality and distribution of marketing, promotional and training materials for dealers, external and internal customers (brochures, videos, sales documents, mailing lists, etc.).
  • Administer content management through content strategy, communication, writing, translation and language editing, including setting up and executing editorial calendar.

Digital marketing :

  • Define content strategy and schedule for social networks, produce and distribute content, and manage the company’s social networks.
  • Ensure the updating and continuous improvement of web platforms, including the website (WordPress), CRM and online submission module.
  • Ensure process optimization and control through digital tools.

Management :

  • Collaborate with internal and external resources on diversified projects designed to create value for the company.
  • Manage external suppliers (agencies, consultants, printers).
  • Conduct competitive and strategic intelligence, market research and surveys.
  • Coordinate search engine marketing (SEO/SEM) through paid advertising campaigns (AdWords, Display and Facebook) and web optimization (organic).

Job requirements :

  • University degree in marketing
  • 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an SME
  • Bilingual (French, English)
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing and B2B marketing (understanding of the mechanics of the dealership system in the industrial sector).
  • Expertise with web applications (CRM, CMS), social networks and all stages of marketing material creation
  • Knowledge of Adobe software
  • Experience with WordPress
  • Graphic design skills
  • Curiosity and knowledge of the latest Web and marketing trends
  • Creative and analytical skills with a strong interest in B2B
