With a strong global presence and a well-established position in the United States, serving major Tier 1 customers, we are seeking a high-performing National Account Manager to further grow our market share, strengthen key customer relationships, and drive continued expansion across the country.
The National Account Manager – USA will play a critical role in managing and growing key national accounts while identifying new business opportunities across the U.S. market. This role requires a strategic, results-driven sales professional with strong experience in B2B sales, key account management, and industrial sectors. The ideal candidate will focus on developing long-term partnerships with major clients and distributors while contributing to overall revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Key Account Management: Develop, maintain, and grow relationships with national accounts, major clients, and strategic partners across the United States.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within key industrial sectors, expanding Motrec’s presence in the U.S. market.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement national sales strategies aligned with company objectives to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Distributor Collaboration: Work closely with distributors and partners to optimize sales channels and ensure strong market coverage.
- Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions and support customer needs.
- Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance, analyze account metrics, and provide insights to optimize growth strategies.
- Head Office Communication: Maintain regular communication with headquarters, reporting on account performance, market trends, and opportunities.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Languages: Fluent in English (additional languages such as Spanish and French are an asset).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in B2B sales, ideally within the industrial vehicles, heavy machinery, or industrial technology sectors. Experience in opening and growing new markets is essential.
