As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role within the sales and business development team, particularly in relation to our dealer network. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Business Development, you will be instrumental in B2B marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

B2B Marketing:

  • Develop a strategic Marketing plan and provide integrated support to the dealer network by combining technical solutions with targeted marketing initiatives to drive sales growth and enhance brand visibility.
  • Plan, develop, produce, ensure quality, and distribute marketing, promotional, and training materials for dealers and internal/external clients (brochures, videos, sales documents, newsletters, etc.).
  • Manage content: editorial strategy, communications, writing, translation, and proofreading, including the implementation and execution of the editorial calendar.

Digital Marketing:

  • Define the content strategy and publishing calendar for social media, create and publish content, and manage the company’s social platforms.
  • Ensure continuous updates and improvements of web platforms, including the website (WordPress), CRM, and online quotation module.
  • Optimize and monitor processes related to digital tools.

Management:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on various projects aimed at creating value for the company.
  • Manage external suppliers (agencies, consultants, printers).
  • Conduct competitive and strategic monitoring, market research, and surveys.
  • Coordinate search engine marketing activities (SEO/SEM), including paid campaigns (AdWords, Display, Facebook) and organic search optimization.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in marketing.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within an SME.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Experience in the industrial manufacturing sector and B2B marketing (understanding how a dealer network operates in an industrial context).
  • Proficiency with web applications (CRM, CMS), social media, and marketing material development processes.
  • Knowledge of Adobe software.
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Graphic design skills.
  • Curiosity and knowledge of the latest web and marketing trends.
  • Creative and analytical mindset, with a strong interest in B2B.
