As the Marketing Coordinator at Motrec International, you will play a pivotal role within the sales and business development team, specifically concerning the dealership network. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Business Development, the marketing coordinator will have a major role in B2B marketing.

Role and Responsibilities

B2B Marketing:

  • Provide integrated support to the dealership network by combining technical solutions with targeted marketing initiatives, thereby fostering sales growth and strengthening brand visibility.
  • Plan, develop, produce, and oversee the quality and dissemination of marketing materials, promotions, and training for dealers, external clients, and internal stakeholders (brochures, videos, sales documents, mailing lists, etc.).
  • Administer content strategy, communication, writing, translation, social media management, including the implementation and execution of the editorial calendar.

Digital Marketing:

  • Define content strategy and social media distribution schedule, produce and disseminate content, and engage with the company’s social media platforms.
  • Ensure the ongoing update and improvement of web platforms, including the website (WordPress), CRM, and online submission module.
  • Oversee the optimization and control of processes through digital tools.

Project Management:

  • Collaborate with internal and external resources on diverse projects aimed at creating value for the company.
  • Administer external supplier management (agencies, consultants, printers).
  • Conduct competitive and strategic monitoring, market studies, and surveys.
  • Coordinate search engine marketing (SEO/SEM) through paid advertising campaigns (AdWords, Display, and Facebook) and web optimization (organic).

Job Requirements

  • Hold a university degree in marketing, communication, or marketing communication.
  • Possess 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in an SME.
  • Bilingual (French, English).
  • Experience in industrial manufacturing and B2B marketing (understanding of a dealership network in the industrial sector).
  • Expertise with web applications (CRM, CMS), social media, and all stages of marketing material creation.
  • Knowledge of Adobe software.
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Graphic design skills.
  • Knowledge of the latest web trends, SEO, and marketing.
