The tasks for this role include:

  • Placing parts and bodywork on racks and trailers for sanding and painting
  • Sanding parts and bodywork
  • Painting parts and bodywork
  • Operating, loading, and unloading the oven
  • Sorting and placing painted products on shelves or production lines
  • Maintaining personal protective equipment and the workspace
  • Carrying out any other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma (DES) or industrial painting diploma (DEP)
  • Experience in painting (electrostatic powder coating process)
  • Effective communication skills: Ability to work in a team and collaborate with others
  • Flexibility: Easily adapts to production priorities
  • Methodical approach: Analytical and synthetic skills
  • Autonomy: Strong organizational skills
